We are pleased to announce an International Workshop on "Advances in Cosmic Ray Science". It will be held on March 17-19, 2008 at Waseda University in Tokyo. The workshop will focus upon the advances of cosmic ray sciences:
1) Current observations of cosmic rays (including gamma-rays)
2) Applications of cosmic ray research to planetary sciences and radioisotope chronology
3) Reviews of theoretical studies on cosmic ray acceleration
4) Future programs with the space-based (long-duration balloons, satellites, and the international
space station) and the ground-based facilities
In order to make the workshop more fruitful and beneficial to every attendee, most of the talks will be given by invitees, while general presentations are also available by oral. We strongly encourage your participations also in the poster program because the allowed number of oral presentations is very limited.
